Bug Fixes
Removed China Standard Time (CST) from available time zones and

Course reviews are now under the user's (anonymous) screen name,
and not their full name.
After purchasing a bundle, the learner is redirected to the first
lesson of that bundle.
Learners can navigate to bundled lessons by clicking the lesson image.
